“Where food and storytelling meet creative expertise”
World pasta day has really picked up pace over the last few years, benefitting from increased online exposure, and an ever-growing list of yummy pasta recipes. We’ve decided to celebrate pasta day starting with a live event in London which will be happening in October 2021. We’ll follow this with a series of photoshoots designed to cast traditional pasta recipes in a totally new light; a task in which we’ll be guided by the exceptional expertise of our chefs. We believe that there are still things to discover about pasta and we hope you’ll join us on that exciting journey.
The Project began with a tongue in cheek photographic stroll through the streets of Lecce, one of the most beautiful towns in the Puglia region. We decided that the world needed to hear about this idea, and we soon extended into cities all over the globe.
We believe that some of the beauty of pasta, lies in the many varieties and forms that it can take. The incredible range that spans the length of Italy. From Puglia to Campania. Molise to Abruzzo. From Basilicata, to Lazio, To Marche, To Emilia Romagna.
Our chef’s involvement didn’t stop at the recipes, as they all threw themselves into the shooting as well.
So here it is, our #worldpastadaylondon, for all the foodies and pasta lovers across the capital and beyond.
